The Development of Critical Success Factors for BPM Systems Implementation’s Projects in Trade Enterprises

he topic of CSF projects introducing business process management systems is not covered in the literature, and therefore its research was required. The study was conducted on the example of the BPM-system First Form in order to obtain results based not only on the study of literary sources, but also on its own design experience. The aim of the work is to develop CSF projects for the implementation of the BPM-system First Form. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: The architecture and functional characteristics of BPM systems were described, an approach to defining the set was developed, and a set of CSF was developed based on the proposed approach. The results obtained can be applied in the project activities of the First Form company, as well as be the basis for conducting a more in-depth study on the development of universal CSF.
