Annotation to the final qualifying work on the topic of "conciliation procedures in the arbitration process" Conciliation procedures play a crucial role in the judicial process. The parties have the opportunity to resolve the dispute, while maintaining strong partnerships. Conciliation procedures are one of the most important areas in the self-regulation of civil society in resolving conflicts. These mechanisms are more important for the formation of business ethics. In the Russian Federation, as well as throughout the world, various procedures are used to reconcile the parties. Negotiations, complaint procedure, settlement and mediation are effective tools for resolving disputes. To achieve the goals, the characteristics and features of individual types of conciliation procedures were identified. The work revealed such a new institution of reconciliation as mediation (mediation). This dispute resolution mechanism is extremely widespread in the Western legal system and in the Asian region. The institute of mediation is distinguished by its simplicity and efficiency. Despite the fact that different types of conciliation procedures differ from each other in the procedure of application, and their effectiveness, in general, these mechanisms have only a positive effect both on the participants in the trial and on the entire judicial system. Conciliation procedures are affordable, cost-effective ways to resolve a dispute. The main results include a comprehensive study of the existing reconciliation procedures, the disclosure of their shortcomings and development prospects.
