Cross-boarder Payment Transactions by Using Cryptocurrencies: Perspectives of Legal Regulation

This paper is devoted to defining the concept of cross-border settlement operations using cryptocurrency, comparing cryptocurrencies with other types of money, analyzing phenomena related to cryptocurrency, analyzing the existing regulation of cryptocurrencies, as well as understanding the prospects for legal regulation of this type of settlement in Russia and abroad.
