Comparative Private International Law (Example of Private International Law of Different States)

Currently, the problem of the need to find mechanisms for the legal regulation of family relations is very relevant. In Russia and in France, under the influence of the growing processes of migration of the population, the quantity of mixed marriages, carried out divorce proceedings with foreign persons and existence of other relations, connected to family relations, to which it is needed to find applicable law by means of using conflict-of-law rules is rising. The author concludes that there is a need of making some changes the laws of countries, comparison of models of regulations of family relations complicated by a foreign element is made based on the Russian and French nomocracy. The study contains an introduction, three chapters, divided into paragraphs, conclusion and list of references. Key words: international private law, international family law, conflict-of-law rules, foreign element.
