Project Approach To the Formation of Regional Innovation Infrastructure (the Case of "Innopolis" Special Economic Zone)

Topic: Project Approach to the Formation of Regional Innovation Infrastructure: focus on \"Innopolis\" Special Economic Zone) This research is devoted to applying peculiarities of a project approach to forming a regional innovative infrastructure, the focus being laid on the innovative enterprise "Innopolis". The study comprises a discussion on the process of formation and development of "Innopolis" in terms of a project management methodology and attempts to offer recommendations to improve the performance of "Innopolis" relying on the results of a competitive analysis. The research is centered, mainly, on the relevance of the project approach as a key success factor of Russian SEZs productive operation. The findings obtained will be presented as recommendations with respect to the methods to raise competitiveness of Innopolis and the regional innovative infrastructure.
