The Relation Between Trademark Rights and Copyrights

This work is devoted to the analysis of the relationship of trademark rights and copyright objects - one of the most important objects of intellectual property. The introductory part deals with the main elements of the research (relevance, topic, object, subject, goal, objectives, methods, etc.). Chapter 1 - Analysis of Rights to Trademarks and Copyright Objects discusses theoretical issues and cases necessary to determine the delineation criteria of copyrighted and unprotected trademarks, with the aim of eliminating contradictions and unnecessary costs of persons applying for registration of trademarks. Chapter 2 - Practical issues of protection of rights in the intersection of rights to a trademark and objects of copyright examines the procedure for actions in violation of rights, as well as the question of what particular options exist for the restoration of violated rights. The work consists of introduction, 2 chapters, 4 paragraphs, conclusion, bibliography, applications In conclusion, the results of the study, the necessary conclusions.
