Choosing the Finished Goods Transportation Strategy

Companies that opt to maintain their own competitive advantages and position in the market need to constantly improve the efficiency of their own business processes and reduce total costs. One of the key sources of logistic costs is the transportation process. To reduce costs and improve the efficiency of the company, it is necessary to introduce a reasonable strategy for managing the process of finished goods transportation, which is especially important for industrial and trading companies for which this process is not one of the key competencies. The purpose of this work is to select the optimal strategy for transporting finished products in an industrial company.
