The research sheds light on the reasons of so-called “permanent reformation” of the Russian Criminal Code phenomena, as well as the statistics and social reality behind it. Using the software developed during the research the author will characterize the retrospective of the reforms of the legal provisions that establish liability for crimes in the sphere of economic activity. The author is striving to answer the question: whether it is complexity of social relations in this sphere or sporadic approach of legislatives dictates the frequent reforms of the legal provisions. The research is aimed to highlight the patterns that can be considered by legislatives to avoid future counter-reformation and erratic changes.
