Psychoanalytic Aspects of Development of Emotional Inlelligence

The graduation paper written on the following topic: “Psychoanalytic aspects of the development of emotional intelligence” consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, resume, list of references and applications. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research on the chosen topic, sets the goal and objectives, identifies the object and subject of the research, formulates a hypothesis, specifies the research methods, the definition of scientific novelty and practical significance. The first and second chapters analyze theoretical data on the meaning of emotions, components of emotional intelligence, methods of research and development of emotional intelligence, reveals the role of psychoanalytic coaching as a method of developing emotional intelligence, reveals the importance of psychoanalytic aspects of the development of emotional intelligence in the process of working with a client. In the third chapter of the work, an empirical study was conducted and on its basis conclusions were made about the role of psychoanalytic coaching methods in the development of emotional intelligence, the role of psychoanalytic coaching as a method contributing to the development or enhancement of emotional intelligence. The data obtained in this work can be used to increase the consultant’s ability to psychodynamically formulate and analyze a case, which contributes to understanding the client’s emotional states and feelings arising in the countertransference process, as well as deepening and formulating interventions. In the resume, the main conclusions of the graduation paper are given. The work numbers 67 sheets. The writing of the paper included 4 applications, 69 references.
