Hardware-Software Complex for Speech Speaker Evaluation

Within this work the system on speech analysis of the speaker is presented. The system includes several components: program speech analysis during the speech of the speaker, the user interface allowing users to evaluate the speech in real time and an output of statistics of a performance for the speaker. The developed system combines machine and subjective the user assessment. Machine assessment includes parameters: the volume, a ratio the silence/speech, monotony also statistical information on quantity of unique words which are used in the speech. For development of mobile application for subjective statistical appraisal by the listener the Swift language for the IOS platform was used. For implementation of computerized analysis and data transmission programming languages, frameworks and libraries were used: Python, pyAudioAnalysis, pyAudio, librosa, wave, numpy.
