Digital Transformation of Legal Service Business

The Master's thesis was carried out within the framework of legal management. The aim of this study is to develop recommendations for digital transformation of business. The study examines a set of trends in the digital transformation of business in general and legal business in particular. The study eliminated the gaps in the theoretical and methodological basis and conceptual framework. As a result of the comparative analysis of the existing products in the Russian and foreign markets, the key technologies influencing the creation of Legaltech products were identified. On the basis of this study, it is possible to make assumptions about the current situation in the Legaltech market, as well as to make a futurological forecast about the impact of technology and what the lawyer will be in the far and near future.
