Disagreements of a social, economic, military, as well as ideological nature arising between the participants of international relations, especially commercial ones, often lead to disputes and clashes. A number of international agreements concluded between countries for cooperation in the framework of trade relations provide for internal procedures for resolving disputes. However, other arrangements consider an alternative procedure for settling disputes. These include the World Trade Organization (WTO) Mechanism of dispute resolution, which is the subject of this paper.
