Evaluation Methods and Factors of Online Training Effectiveness in Russian Companies

The objective of this work is to identify evaluation methods and factors of online training effectiveness in Russian companies. To achieve the goal, a survey was conducted on a questionnaire of 181 respondents from 22 companies in various fields. The results of the quastionnaires' analysis showed that employees of HR services in Russian companies do not share a common opinion regarding the factors, which have an influence on the efficiency and methods of its evaluation. However, several factors regarding similar opinions of respondents were identified.
