This study is aimed to examine the effectiveness of using agile project management techniques during creation of a technological startup. Agile methodology that utilizes iterative development and prototyping are widely used in software development, undoubtedly, it is the main part of any startup, but not only one. This study presents a real-based model of using and evaluating the effectiveness of agile methods in product development process in startup. Consequently, the results of performed project can be applied by any novice entrepreneurs to process of creating a new startup in any sphere. The findings of analysis can be used in practice for Russian entrepreneurship society as universal guide to effective use of agile methodologies in process of creating a startup and bringing innovative products to the market.
