This paper represents the main stages of developing a chatbot which helps students to collect information for the “Deployment” business game using string vectorization. This work contains an introduction, four chapters, conclusion, bibliography, and appendices. The first chapter contains a description of the chatbot subject area, an analysis of the automated process and requirements. The second chapter is devoted to the description of the chosen approach, and UI design. The third chapter contains information about the features of chatbot implementation. The fourth chapter is devoted to the description of the selected test methods and their implementation. The work consists of 45 pages of A4 format, includes 8 figures, 2 formulas, and 11 tables.
