Mortgage Development: Foreign and Russian Experience

The work is devoted to the research of the mortgage in Russia and the study of the foreign experience. The study of the factors that have the greatest influence on the mortgage interest rate, according to May Presidential Degree is necessary for the more affordable mortgage in future. The work breaks down into the three part. The first chapter is devoted to the disclosure of the theoretical aspects of the mortgage, the study of the specifics and world experience and the literature review. The main models of the mortgage are disclosed in major European countries and the United States. The second chapter is devoted to the analysis of the mortgage market in Russia and its comparison with the US market. The third chapter is an econometric model that examines the influence of selected factors on the mortgage rate in Russia using VAR Impulse-Response Functions.
