The introduction contains the goal set for the author, the research objectives are formulated, the relevance of the topic is determined. The first chapter is devoted to the study of internal processes of the company, analysis of the external environment, analysis of financial and economic activities and logistics activities. The second describes the methodology used by the author to implement the proposed measures on the example of a focal company. The third is practical, in which, on the basis of the theoretical data described, recommendations are given for improving the functioning of the supply chain of "Lebongu.ru". In the conclusion presents the main conclusions of the work carried out, describes the results and goals achieved. The annexes contain figures and tables presented as additional information to the work done.
