Development and Analysis of a Plan for IT Event Organising

The introduction includes the formulation of the topic, the background to the appearance of the format, the relevance of the topic at the moment, goals, objectives, objects and subjects of study. Chapter 1 describes the case study method, the background and the reasons for using MLH documentation as the main source for developing success criteria for an event, developing a formula for calculating the percentage of successful events for clarity of criteria, describing a fuzzy logic method in developing an evaluation system for success criteria for an event, and further explaining assessment systems. Chapter 2 calculates the percentage of success activities for the Urban.Tech Challenge based on critical articles about the event, analysis of the suitability of the event for developing a plan for holding an IT event in the hackaton format, calculating the percentage of successful events for Hack.Moscow v1.0 based on the event report plan for holding an IT event in hackathon format. Chapter №3 describes the phased holding of the hackathon AMC Makeathon 2019: Big Data for Social Benefits, taking into account the previously identified criteria for a successful event, analyzing the suitability of the event for developing a plan for an IT event in the hackathon format. Chapter 4 describes a phased plan for conducting and organizing an IT event in the hackaton format developed using the example of the AMC Makeathon 2019 hackathon: Big Data for Social Benefits with useful recommendations. The list of references contains references to all sources used in the work. The Appendix contains the documents and survey results mentioned in the text.
