New Product Development and Product Creation Process on a Case Study of Café Silvestre

This paper discusses the process of bringing a new product to the market by the manufacturer of coffee beans Café Silvestre. The purpose of the work is to analyse and evaluate the existing approach of the company to the process of bringing new products to the market and formulate recommendations to improve the efficiency of this process. The paper analysed and systematised the main approaches to the introduction of a new product to the market, studied the experience of the largest companies-producers of coffee beans and the analysis of the grain coffee market in Russia. The paper also describes and explores the process of bringing a new product to the Russian market in Café Silvestre. As a result, the model and experience of the company were adapted for writing a case study.
