The purpose of this work will be to identify the conditions for the development of the Russian venture capital market, taking into account government incentives and the policy pursued by the authorities. The object of the research is the state policy regarding venture financing. The subject of the research is a set of measures within the framework of state policy that positively affect the creation of an effective venture capital market.
