The purpose of the study is to use all the possibilities for the development of intellectual rights in the Russian Federation. To achieve certain goals, namely: - to give an idea of ​​the status of the system of arbitration courts in the Russian Federation; - to consider the features of the formation of the Court on intellectual issues; - to establish the features of the organization and functioning of the Court on intellectual issues; Final qualifying work consists of two chapters, conclusion and list of sources. Features of the protection of intellectual property rights. In the second chapter specifies the features of law enforcement practice. In particular: the lit categories of cases subordinated to the observed court and their features are established; analyzes materials related to judicial practice; coordination of performance improvement In conclusion, the following conclusions. The need for education in the Russian Federation and in connection with the growing number of related disputes, as well as in connection with the arising difficulties in connection with the ongoing intellectual activity, also include others. Nevertheless, many issues that arise in the field of intellectual property rights, today remain outside the competence of an educated court.
