Improvement of the Logistics System of the Freight Forwarding Company (Railway Transport)

In this paper, the analysis of the existing logistics system of the forwarding company operating in the railway transport. The analysis identified the main problems of the focus company and presented a list of possible actions to improve the current supply chain. The last part of the work presents the logistics and financial indicators after the optimization procedures
