The following project proposal describes a study that is intended to resolve the problem of an effective business processes management to reduce companies’ expenses and make the processes more precise and clearer. Specifically, the following research provides the investigation of both theoretical and practical aspects of improving the performance of an abstract company with the web application that will assess the quality of processes and give the recommendations for and improvement via qualimetry algorithms. The volume of this work is 48 pages, including 14 pictures. The number of sources used is 13.
