The paper is dedicated to network optimization of a dedicated pharmaceutical company, which supplies a network of a drug stores. The need of optimization of a distribution network occurred due to entering the new markets. For network optimization the Center of gravity method hes been used, a few optimization scenarios were simulated and the best network design variant has been selected.
