Optimization of Transportation Process of Beer and Tobacco on the Example of Trading Distributor Company

The main target of current graduate qualification work is deep analysis of transporation process in the object of the research - trading company, and also the search of possible solutions of detected problems and optimization of key transportation efficiency indicators. In order to solve perfomance targets, russian and foreign professional literature and regulatory documentation will be used. Based on received analytical data about increased costs on researched company's logistics network infrastructural objects special instrumentarium, which allow company to decrease costs and inprove several logistics indicators, will be developed. In the first chapter of the graduate qualification work research distribution trading company will be characterized. In the second one theoretical basis and practises will be described. Finally, in the third chapter, based on previous one, main analysis will be performed in order to provide solutions to develop transportation process.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.
