The development of the telecommunications industry motivates mobile operators to expand and improve the quality of network coverage. Nowadays, it is especially important to provide projects for improving the quality of the network for corporate clients and offering high-tech solutions. The purpose of this work is to study the risk management aspect of projects under consideration and developing recommendations for organizing measures to respond to the risks of these projects.
