Corporate events as a Factor that Increases Loyalty of Employees

The loyalty of personnel is a key factor of successful functioning of any organization. Workers with the low level of loyalty promote decrease in level of competitiveness of a brand in the market and to increase in turnover of staff. Thereof the personnel policy of the organizations is aimed at management of the level of loyalty of subordinates. In work corporate actions as the tool for management of the level of loyalty of personnel are considered. Approaches of the Russian and foreign authors to determination of loyalty reveal and compared, types of corporate actions are considered. In this work the empirical research on a technique of L.G. Pochebut is also conducted and the aim of the research is to identify the interrelation between the level of loyalty and types of corporate actions.
