Designing Employees ' Experience in the Organization as a Method of their Retention

This paper focuses on the concept of employee experience and aims to reveal the critical moments of interaction between a company and its employees that have the significant impact on the employees’ perception of employer and the whole work experience in a particular organization. Within the topic, publications of Russian and foreign authors were analyzed to form the theoretical basis for the research. The main attention in the paper is given to the critical points of employee-company interaction that influences the retention of personnel and the level of turnover. Concerning the research design, data was collected in an international advertising company using semi-structured interviews with HR-managers and employees. The analysis was carried out by comparing and contrasting the HR-managers and frontoffice employees’ opinions on the critical moments of the employee-company interaction and their positive or negative impressions from these moments. Through such study the crucial points of those who work with a company were discovered, most common problems appearing during the whole process were spotted and the understanding of how these drawbacks might be mitigated was gained and consolidated in the form of managerial recommendations.
