Research of Investment Attractiveness of Construction Industry Projects

The presented research examines the investment attractiveness of construction industry projects. With the help of the analysis of the industry and the research of various methods of risk management, an algorithm for analyzing the effectiveness of the investment project of the construction industry was developed, a key componet of which is the Monte-Carlo method. The presented algorithm is applied to the business plan of the housing construction project. As a result of the research the robustness analysis of the key efficiency indicator (NPV) of the construction industry project is carried out and the most essential risk factor intrinsic to the project activity in the sphere of housing is defined.
