The topic of this thesis is Improving the warehousing system by the example of a warehouse of a manufacturing company - within the framework of which the existing warehouse storage system was examined, bottlenecks were identified and a number of measures were proposed for its improvement. The objectives of the work were a consistent analysis of the company and its competitive environment, financial condition, logistics activities, as well as an analysis of the theoretical basis for the promotion of relevant proposals to optimize activities and improve the warehousing system.
