The Abuse of Rights on the Part of Customers: Theory and Practice

This paper explains legislative terminology and the essence of legal concepts, problematic aspects of the provisions of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Protection". The rights and obligations of consumers are investigated, the relationship between the rights and obligations of sellers and their responsibility to the consumer is revealed. As a result of studying the scientific literature, the work summarizes the definition of “consumer extremism”. Presents ways of judicial protection of the rights of the seller-respondent in a civil procedure on the basis of their own practical experience.
