Improvement of Logistics Activities in a Marketplace Company

The study was carried out with the aim of developing a set of measures to improve the marketplace logistics service system. To achieve this goal in the work of the main tasks were fulfilled: 1. Analysis and characterization of the online trading market and the economic activity of the marketplace company. 2. Research and synthesis of theoretical knowledge in the field of the logistics service system, as well as indicators for assessing its level. 3. Development of a concept for the implementation of recommended measures to improve the company's logistics services. 4. Proposal of specific measures to improve the logistics service system. The study confirmed the relevance of the need to study and improve the marketplace logistics service system. Scientific and professional literature shows that there is only a small amount of research on the subject of logistics services, which allows them to only delve into the specifics of the procedures of enterprises, such as online trading, in particular, on marketplace models. Analysis of approaches and methods of forming a logistics service system has shown that there is a wide range of possibilities for improving the level of customer service. The issue of qualified work addressed the issue of introducing new services for B2B clients, as well as measures to improve the level of logistics services as part of the company's current business processes. The developed model and a complex of proposed organizational changes have shown their economic efficiency.
