The Peculiarities of the Regulation of Labour of Employees Working Beyond the Employer's Premises

Zukhra Baemova The Peculiarities of the Regulation of Labour of Employees Working Beyond the Employer's Premises. The purpose of this final qualifying work is to identify the peculiarities of the regulation of labour of employees working beyond the employer's premises and to investigate ways to improve it through the prospects for further development in Russia. The work consists of an introduction, two chapters, seven paragraphs, a conclusion and a bibliography. In Chapter I, the author reveals the signs of work beyond the employer's premises, studies the patterns of historical development of work beyond the employer's premises, and identifies the impact of digitalization on the modification of labor relations. In Chapter II, the author analyses the practical aspects of working beyond the employer's premises. Particularly the author considered issues related to the conclusion of an employment contract, working time and rest time, labor protection, the salary and guarantees and compensations. The following conclusions were formulated on the study. Firstly, during work beyond the employer's premises a number of factors of the traditional work activity change: the place of work, the form of work organization, the owner of the work tool, the nature of the labor activity. Secondly, the digitalization of the economy has affected not only the emergence of teleworking, but also has an impact on the formalization of labor relations and on the process of collection of information about the employee’s work activities. Thirdly, the author came to the conclusion that it is necessary to include in labor legislation the ways of solving problems in the area of working time and rest time and also the measures of safe working conditions and labor protection.
