The Legal Nature of Representations of Circumstances and Standards of Proof

The final qualifying work is devoted to the study of legal nature of assurances about the circumstances and standards of proof. On the basis of the current legislation and the views of various authors conclusions are made about the concept and features of assurances about the circumstances. Also the author gave the rationale for the use of standards of proof in relation to various kinds of assurances about the circumstances.
