Improving the Logistics Process at a Warehouse Managed by 3PL-Operator

This project considers typical problems occurring during the planning and implementation of the logistics process at a warehouse managed by a 3PL provider. It gives a description of the main material handling processes and depicts the interaction of related departments. According to the results of the analysis of literature, objects of optimization were identified and a set of measures was developed to increase the efficiency of the warehousing process. At the end of the work, an estimation of the company's costs was made to prove the effectiveness of the proposed changes.
