The final qualifying paper on “Strategic planning of the supply chain of a pharmaceutical company based on the use of cognitive maps (CJSC“ Protek ”)” includes an introduction, the main part and a conclusion. The main part consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, the analysis of the pharmaceutical market and the economic activities of the Protek model company is carried out. The second chapter is aimed at analyzing the theoretical aspects of the strategic planning of the supply chain. In the third chapter, strategic projects and their implementation for the company Protek are formed. The volume of final qualifying work is 122 pages. The purpose of this master's thesis is to develop proposals for the implementation of a set of strategic measures that will improve the efficiency of both the activities of the company and its supply chain. The object of the study is the pharmaceutical distributor "Protek". The subject of the research is the strategic planning of the supply chain of the pharmaceutical company CV “Protek”.
