The Analysis of Organisation and Pricing of Paid Parking Space in Russia

This paper considers the problems of organizing and pricing urban paid parking space in Russia. Analyzed the foreign experience of administration and pricing policy in relation to municipal paid parking, as well as its applicability in Russian practice. Based on the experience of paid parking in the cities of Russia, the shortcomings of the state and municipal policies regarding urban parks and additional recommendations for their elimination have been identified.
