SUMMARY at the final qualification work Title: Game-Theoretic Model of Transition from the Principle of a Single Fate of Real Estate to the Principle of a Single Property in the Russian Federation Graduation qualification work consists of an introduction, four sections,, a list of literature, an appendix. In the introduction, the relevance of the chosen topic is substantiated, the goal and tasks of the study are set. The first section, «Ways of Transition of the Russian Federation from the principle of a single fate to the principle of a single property», presents a general review of the literature on the topic, theoretical views on the principle of a single property. In the second section, «The Tree of the Game-Theoretic Model», the author outlines the basics of what a game-theoretic model is and how the process of building a game-theoretic tree occurs. The third section of the work includes 3 chapters. In each chapter, the author structures the various known paths of transition in steps and shows how he built the tree of the game-theoretic model. In the fourth section, «Obtaining and Evaluating the Results of Modeling», the author numerically evaluates the social effect for each of the possible final outcomes, depending on a particular transition path, and also carries out final calculations. In conclusion, the main conclusions obtained as a result of the study are presented.
