Analysis of Financing Cancer Care in the Statutory Health Insurance: The Current State, Problems and Ways to Improve

In this paper, the current state of financial assistance was analyzed, financing methodologies in the Statutory Health Insurance were reviewed, the problems associated with the methodology were identified, and suggestions for its improvement were proposed. The state of oncological care in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation was also reviewed in terms of the use of drug regimens, including targeted drugs, the development of radiation therapy, chemoradiotherapy, and surgical treatment.
