The topic of graduation thesis is “Implementation of 1C:Enterprise Software to Increase Key Business Processes Efficiency in Innovation-active Companies”. The volume of thesis is 60 pages. There are 19 figures and 5 table. During the research 23 sources were used. Key words: BUSINESS PROESS, 1C:ENTERPRISE, IMPLEMENTATION, HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, PAYROLL. The object of the paper is implementation of 1C:Enterprise software and its influence on increase of key business processes efficiency. The subject of the paper is key business processes in innovation active companies. The thesis consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, and references. In the introduction the relevance of the project is denoted. Moreover, the object and subject of the research are set as well as the goal and tasks for its achievement. In first chapter problems of business processes automation in a company are studied. In second chapter peculiarities of human resource management and payroll information system implementation are discussed. In third chapter newly designed business processes and their effectiveness assessment are presented. The conclusion summarizes main results of the thesis. Finally, the list of references is given.
