Developement of a System for Processing of Information on Vehicle Movements Using GPS-tracker

This work relates to the field of application of the global positioning technology (Global Positioning System, hereinafter referred to as GPS) for vehicle control. The main objective of the work is a system that receives and processes information about the movement of the vehicle received from the GPS tracker attached to the vehicle body. To achieve this goal, the principles of construction and operation of satellite monitoring systems were analyzed to identify the components necessary for the development and methods of their interconnection. The basic principles of constructing interactive maps and the use of interactive maps were also studied. Model of GPS tracker and server software (hereinafter referred to as software), database structure (hereinafter referred to as database), GPS tracker software emulator for testing the performance of server software and applications for visual use of data stored in database. The volume of paper is 48 pages, including 7 figures, 9 tables. The number of sources - 8.
