In the research the author addresses a subject of human rights violation in two autonomous regions of People's Republic of China - the Xinjiang Province and the Tibet Autonomous region. The research of economic development policy which geopolitical ambitions and the purposes were given the Chinese Communistic Partiiya's priority leads to the fact that one of the reasons of formation of separatist movements at ethnical minorities (Uyghurs and Tibetans) is progress and development in the economic industries of regions. The close interrelation of social, religious, cultural and economic policy is interwoven into ethnic policy which in turn on the example of Xingjiang's minorities and Tibet can be considered as restrictive policy of suppression in the context of himan rights and freedoms violations.
