Analysis of the Impact of Stakeholder Requirements on Long-Term Planning of Energy Companies

The final paper is devoted to the analysis of the impact of the requirements of stakeholders on the long-term planning of energy enterprises. The work is presented in three main parts: theoretical aspects of stakeholder management, analysis of the generation market of the Russian Federation and the study of mechanisms of interaction with stakeholders and identification of the impact of stakeholders on long-term planning of companies, on the example of three generating companies of the Russian Federation. Research problem: from the statement that the classical theory of interaction with stakeholders does not take into account the features of long-term planning in power generating enterprises. The aim of the work was achieved by analyzing the existing mechanisms of communication between Russian energy generating companies and stakeholders.
