Analysis of Employee's Emotional Response to the Organizational Changes

The topic of this research was the analysis of emotional experience of the employees during organizational changes. The emotional response and defensive mechanisms of employees as well as the correlation between emotional response and the perceived stress resistance were analyzed. The research was carried in the subsidiary of the international company. As a results of the research the organizational and personal defenses mechanisms were defined and interpreted the. It was found that defensive mechanisms do not work for the primary task of organization. It was also found that for individuals with higher personal stress resistance it is easier to go through the change process in organization.
