Tools for Retaining Talented Employees in Russian Companies

There are few researches are given to the tools and methods of retaining talented employees, although this problem becomes more topical every year, since it is highly skilled professionals who are the determining factor for the company's success. The purpose of this work is to conduct a study to identify factors affecting the retention of valuable personnel and determine the most effective tools to achieve such tasks. As part of the thesis, an analysis of the theoretical part of talent management and staff turnover problems, a content analysis of domestic and foreign sources to identify factors affecting the retention of valuable employees, and quantitative research among talented employees of several Russian companies, as well as an analysis of the talent management system the company LLC "Leader-1" and the development of recommendations in the matter of preserving the best workers. The results of the study showed that the most effective methods of retaining talented and highly professional employees are the tools of non-material motivation.
