Concept and Brand Development of |OR| Collection
Fashion
(Master’s programme)
2019
The collection of women's clothing pret-a-porte is inspired by anatomy in art and fashion. At the heart of the collection is the design of the sleeve, designed as the muscular structure of the human hand. Interest in complex forms is realized in a combination of materials and textures. The color range of the collection is based on delicate shades: powder, nude, shades of dusty pink. Human skin and what shines through it. The brand color combination |OR| - this is the contrast of pink with green, therefore khaki gray is used as an accent color. In the process of working on the collection, several textile design techniques were found that resemble muscles and other tissues of the body. The range of the collection is diverse: quilted outerwear (raincoat, jacket), voluminous knitwear (sweaters), structural dresses. A collection of one-colored bags in the form of internal organs was developed, as well as branding ideas on the subject of packaging, paper bags, labels etc.
