Coordination of interests of counterparties in the Russian event sphere

The purpose of this work is to build a descriptive model that reflects the process of reconciling the interests of the executing company and its contractors during the organization of an entertainment event with a deliberately low price. This situation is typical in the highly competitive event market in the event of a tender. The model considers how A) the executing company is trying to realize its main interest - reducing the cost of the event - by reducing the cost of subcontractor services, deteriorating the quality of the event, as well as making demands on its employees to falsify the results and deceive the customer; B) counterparties put forward counterclaims, realizing their own interests, both current and future. Based on this model, the financial and reputational implications for the company in question were evaluated in case of violation of the contract terms.
