Development of Internal Communications as a Factor of Strategic Growth of the Company

One of the most important ways to improve the efficiency of enterprises is to improve internal communication processes that will combine the interests of the staff and the strategic goals of the organization, to ensure the interest of each employee to maximize their potential and increase the competitiveness of the organization. For the small but territorially-distributed companies the key to success or, conversely, failure in many ways becomes the quality of ascending, descending and horizontal internal communications. In case of undeveloped system of internal communications can happen such adverse effects as lack of coordination during the working process generally; significant information about the market situation does not come in time to the head office of the company; the mistakes of separate departments because of inactively exchanging the information with each other departments and so on. This paper describes the concept, principles and role of the internal communication system in the company, special attention is paid to the system of personnel motivation, which is an integral part of the system of internal communications. The analysis of the existing system of internal communications in the company "X" revealed a number of problematic issues, the solutions of which are given in the recommendations for improving the system of internal communications. Using the proposed recommendations in Chapter 3 of this work, the company "X" will be able to improve its HR brand, increase employee motivation and establish effective work within the company, which meets the strategic goals of the organization.
