Service approach in Strategic management of Dental Clinics: Advantages, Limitations and Prospects

This article discusses the ideas of patients, doctors and decision-makers about the service approach in medical marketing in order to implement it and improve the quality of service. As part of this study, a series of in-depth interviews were conducted with patients, experts, and an empirical base included the author’s observation as an employee and patient of three dentists clinic. As a result of the research, the informants' insights were identified and interpreted and recommendations were made to three private clinics to improve the service.
