Interests of Leadersand Leaders

In this research there is investigation conducted devoted to the role of the interests of leaders in the management practices of a contemporary Russian company. The study focuses on the essence of leadership, its difference from General management and the importance of motivation to achieve the desired business result. As an example, the telecommunications company "Retconn", where the example of emerging conflicts in the team studied leadership practices and their potential. All this makes it possible to formulate the desired image of leadership, as well as make recommendations that will help to balance the ambitions of subjects with leadership with the real needs of the company. The actual information about the conflicts was obtained as a result of a survey of the company's personnel on a confidential basis and is an example of a psychological approach to describe the importance of leadership in the daily practice of a dynamic telecommunications company. It is assumed that the recommendations can be used to strengthen leadership capacity in other business and administrative areas.
